Ian Mackaye held an open question and answer session in a packed lecture hall at UC Irvine. Mackaye is most famous for his work in bands like Minor Threat, Fugazi, and Embrace as well as establishing Dischord Records with  Minor Threat/Teen Idles drummer, Jeff Nelson. New all ages Punk venue in Orange County opens in Costa Mesa California

After the demise of the Clinic in Santa Ana and several other all ages venues across Orange County, the OC punk scene has been hurting for a new all ages venue to open.
